The brief

Martophile supplies industrial equipment, spares, electrical products, and general requirements to organisations across Kenya. The website needed to explain that breadth without becoming a fixed catalogue, while giving procurement and operations teams a credible route to share technical requirements.

Strategy and direction

The experience is organised around how industrial sourcing begins: with a specification, part number, application, quantity, or delivery need. Capabilities and industries provide useful context, but the journey keeps returning to the customer’s actual requirement.

An industrial editorial design system supports that positioning with disciplined grids, condensed typography, warm technical surfaces, and a controlled safety-orange accent for key actions.

The RFQ journey

The site moves from Martophile’s capabilities and supported industries into a structured request-for-quotation form. Field guidance asks buyers to include the product name, part number, quantity, specifications, and delivery location where available.

Phone, WhatsApp, and email remain visible alternatives, giving customers a direct route to the team when a written form is not the best starting point.

Experience highlights

  • Six clearly grouped capability areas spanning industrial equipment, electrical products, and general supplies.
  • Industry context for procurement and operations teams working across demanding environments.
  • Local and international sourcing explained as a practical capability, not a guarantee of availability.
  • A responsive experience with direct navigation to capabilities, industries, company information, and contact options.
  • A guided RFQ workflow that turns a technical requirement into an actionable enquiry.

The result

The finished site gives Martophile a coherent online presence that helps technical buyers understand what the company supplies, how it approaches sourcing, and what information to provide for a quotation.

The result is a practical bridge between a complex requirement and a direct conversation with the supplier.
